Important Note for Network Use:

The AGPL v3 license includes a special provision for network use. If you run a modified version of GHL-ITSM on a server and let other users communicate with it there, your server must also allow them to download the source code corresponding to the modified version running there.

This means that if you modify GHL-ITSM and deploy it as a web application, you must provide users with access to the source code of your modifications.
